1. Occupancy Status and Hotel License All rooms at Jordano Suites Motel are rented under a hotel license, and not an apartment lease. By checking in, guests acknowledge under California Civil Code Section 1940 that they are considered transient occupants, not tenants, and therefore do not establish a tenancy. Failure to pay room charges may result in immediate lockout without the need for formal eviction proceedings.

2. Check In and Identification Requirements Check in time is PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM. All guests must provide a valid, government issued photo ID upon check in Accepted forms of ID include a U S State Driver’s License, U S State Identification Card, Foreign Passport, or Mexican Identification Card.

3. Payment and Refund Policy All room charges, whether daily or weekly, must be paid in advance. All payments are strictly non refundable. There are no refunds issued after rent is paid. If you wish to extend your stay, rent must be paid prior to the designated renewal time.

4. Management Rights Management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or party at its sole discretion.

5. Safety, Security, and Conduct There is strictly no smoking permitted inside any of the guest rooms. No illegal activities are permitted on the motel premises. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No weapons, explosives, flammable materials, or hazardous items of any kind are permitted on the property. Jordano Suites Motel assumes no responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items, or for any personal belongings left behind.

6. Parking Parking is available exclusively for registered guests. Jordano Suites Motel assumes no liability or responsibility for any theft of, or damage to, vehicles parked on the property.

7. Visitors and Damages All visitors must be registered with the front desk. Guests are fully responsible for any damages caused to the room or motel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly for repairs or replacement.
